1. Agreement

These Terms form an agreement between you and TODO_LEGAL_NAME("CarrierSwitcher," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What CarrierSwitcher provides

CarrierSwitcher provides access to EZ Phone Help unlock guides and educational walkthroughs about carrier (SIM / network) locks.

Your membership includes, as available:

• Written step-by-step guides matched to device and carrier
• Links to third-party software named in those guides
• Video lessons and walkthroughs on the EZ Phone Help channel

Content is provided for educational purposes. You follow instructions on your own device and at your own risk.

3. What we do not provide

CarrierSwitcher does not:

• Perform unlocks, removals, or bypasses on your behalf
• Sell or deliver IMEI unlock codes or carrier clearance services
• Guarantee that any guide, tool, or method will work for your device
• Act as your agent with Apple, Google, carriers, or law enforcement
• Represent that we are affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Google, Samsung, any carrier, or any third-party tool named in our materials

Outcomes vary by model, software version, carrier policy, account status, and local law.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). You represent that any device information you provide relates to hardware you own or have written permission to service.

You agree not to use the materials on stolen devices, to misrepresent ownership, or to violate carrier, manufacturer, or applicable law.

5. Intake information

You may submit brand, country, carrier, and IMEI so we can store the intake and point you at a matching guide. That submission is not a remote unlock request and does not start work on the device.

6. Membership and billing

Access is $7.99 per month, billed by YouTube / Google as an EZ Phone Help channel membership (Access Unlock Tools/Tips). YouTube may add tax.

7. Access delivery

After you join, open the members-only post on the EZ Phone Help channel. That post holds the access URL.

8. What you are buying

You are buying a monthly YouTube channel membership that opens unlock guides and tools. This is not a purchase of an unlock performed on your device.

This is not a purchase of an unlock performed on your device by CarrierSwitcher or EZ Phone Help.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or YouTube policy.

10. EEA, UK, and Swiss digital content

Consumers in those regions may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Guides and videos are digital content supplied electronically. When you open members-only content, you request immediate performance and that right can end.

11. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Do not share or resell the guides
• Do not submit false ownership information

The site and guides are provided as is. We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows. Results may vary.
